Anyone out there seeing an issue where International customers are paying Domestic prices? I'm in the UK by the way.
I've had two orders recently (one from Spain and one from the US of A) where the customer is paying a lower price than the set-up I've got on my shop. This is because they seem to be seeing my Domestic UK price rather than the "Everywhere Else" price.
I'm going to honor the sales of course - but this does mean I'm out of pocket - international postage is 3x cost of local!
Yup, this has been on going for about a year, ever since the new listing format came out.
The only way is to try and edit it in the OLD listing format, but it doesn't always stick.
Here is some good information about it from @cindylouwho2

Hello,
I'm currently experiencing the same problem with domestic prices being displayed to customers abroad. There is no help from Etsy, on the contrary; since I brought the problem to their attention, I can no longer reach Etsy via the message function. They seem to have blocked me. We are making a massive loss right now. 800€ in 6 months.
Have you found a solution in the meantime?
Greetings Melanie
If you go to the listings manager and check the box next to the listing, you can click "edit price" and set a new price for your everywhere else buyers. Without the old form, this is the only thing that seems to work. However, I still find that sometimes international buyers are charged the wrong price and then it renews at the domestic price as well so I have to adjust it again.
I also can't get through to Etsy chat after reporting this issue. Interesting. Try searching "open a ticket on Etsy" on Google and file a ticket that way. They will communicate over email and ask for order numbers etc, but so far I don't see the issue resolved.
