I know we've all read about the numerous problems with Plaid but mine seems different.....in that once I finally saw my bank statement I found ONE small deposit of 0.01 and I noticed 3 letters in front of it (EBW). Clicked where Etsy said to and note from Etsy SAID that 0.01 was added and I waste enter the 3-character code. So I entered that EBW & Etsy said it's incorrect. To try to cover all bases I did a call too bank where they told me every single deposit and when operator got to that 0.01 deposit, bank said it was ACH. So I went back to Etsy & entered that and was told that was incorrect. Actually this is the first time I've heard of a code but I guess that's beside the point. So for the first time since 2013 I have a help request in. Wish me luck.....or if anyone has the magic answer I'm all ears.

The Bank was telling you this was an ACH Deposit. ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a U.S. financial network used for electronic payments and money transfers. Also known as “direct payments,” ACH payments are a way to transfer money from one bank account to another without using paper checks, credit card networks, wire transfers, or cash.
According to reports from people who have successfully entered the deposited money amount into Etsy, for some they only needed the amount. Others reported a "code" ETSYxxx (or similar) which had to be entered as well. Seems different Bank Acounts / Institutions require different data entry.
yes, it was a 3 digit code after the word Etsy... may be numbers or letters. you are only entering the 3 digits
If you don't hear back by Monday I would request a call back or you may be waiting a while longer.
For call backs on the weekdays you can go through Shop Manager>Community & Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy>Deposits>I Still Need Help>... Call backs are 7a.m. to 9pm eastern time.
Thanks all ...appreciate it. It's a bit more complicated because I never enrolled in online banking & STILL haven't gotten the stmt. so I enrolled just today & my account did pop up which is where I saw that EBW. However, when I went to get back to my online stmt. to make sure I saw it right, the bank had to send me a special code to get back on & the bank has the wrong telephone number for me! And of course, I'll have to go to the bank in person to make that right. Gotta love online stuff, huh.
OK. So it looks like a "simple fix" (if time consuming) and not a "Plaid Problem". Good luck resolving the issue on Monday.
@HotOffHerHook I don't have my bank as an online account. I called the bank the next day, clicked where message said to get account information, then "get last five deposits"....and there they were!
