Please fix Ads Stats

all stats in ads are set to 0, it has been that way for an hour or two, can you please fix this problem.

@BeSomethingNew  :  There are some other threads about this including https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/No-ad-stats/m-p/139705153#M730288  This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here).

I did contact them directly through chat, but they just set to be ignoring it

I also contacted through chat. They are looking into the issue and will notify me via email when the issue is fixed. What I'm concerned with is it's Friday, one of my busiest days but not today. No favorites, no activity, no sales. This bites.

Has anyone heard back from Etsy? I'm not seeing anything either. Just 0 all across.

This happened mid-morning for me on the west coast and it is 3:47pm and still not working. It was working earlier in the morning and then re-set everything to 0.

Someone in another thread posted this: "You can see your Etsy Ads stats, just click “manage advertised listings”, change the listing status drop down to Advertised and the filter drop down to whatever date range you want."

I have no idea if it works but I'm passing it along.

It's not showing up for me. I changed it to today, yesterday, this month, etc. Zero's all across.

@lovedeanjax You need  to move from the Etsy  Ads Performance page to "Manage Advertised Listings" and then use the "Filter" for Date Range and Column Headings for Item/Listing Details.
