"Contact Us" link is broken

I (seller) need help locating an internationally shipped package for an order that was marked "delivered", but that the customer has not received. I am trying to get in contact with the shipping service but (1) the phone # listed for Global POSTAL Shipping is incorrect (# is for Global POST Shipping, which is a different company), (2) Etsy’s customer service # is just an automated VM that directs you to the website and then hangs up on you, (3) the "Contact Us" page has a "whoopsie" error. Am I the only one experiencing issues with getting in contact with Etsy support? Has anyone else had issues with orders being marked as delivered but not actually being delivered?

The customer needs to get ahold of their local post office first to see if they have any way to track it down as they are the ones who "delivered" it.

The customer usually will then be told to wait a couple days while they try and track it down in case it was put in a wrong box, if nothing arrives after that then you put in a claim with the company YOU shipped it with and decide how far you wanna go to make your customer happy (send a new package right away or wait for month++ for the lost pkg claim to go through) and Etsy support wont be able to do anything about this issue for you so not much point contacting them over it.

@KittenmadeDesigns - I am assuming you used Etsy Labels - an international package for which it is shipped through Etsy's Global Postal Shipping. This is through Ascendia.

You would ship the package to the nearest USA Ascendia facility. They re-label the package and then eventually it is sent to the buyer.
I believe the tracking number you first see on the order is the USPS - for the package being sent by you to the facility.
The package gets a new tracking number - from Ascendia - when it leaves their facility & is going to the buyer.
You will need to get Ascendia's tracking number to see the details on the package's history. This should be available on the order page.

Off topic, but do finish setting up your shop - add policies -

https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115014372467-How-to-Set-Up-Your-Shop-Policies?segment=sellin...

EU/UK Laws & policies needed - https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/selling-to-eu-buyers/239965962014?ref=list

Having shop policies is becoming very important, especially if a seller should ever need to use Etsy's Seller Protections.
Since you mentioned international sales, having compliant policies for the UK/EU is necessary.
