Unable to mark messages as spam

Hi

It seems that my 'mark as spam' button above messages is no longer clickable, is anybody else having this problem?

I get many emails from people asking for free products or donations, as well as people trying to sell me packaging materials in my inbox and at the moment it seems I either have to answer all these spam messages or lose my star seller badge. I work hard to keep my star levels high so it's really dissapointing that I am unable to mark actual spam as spam.

Use a browser instead of the app.

@NanaLetha   I'm not sure why I am unable to get to a browser / desktop version on my mobile any more - it immediately shuttles me over to one of the apps.  Probably the past month or so.
