"Contact Etsy" for support button not working on help page

I can't email etsy support - I get a message saying "This is not a monitored inbox."

The "help" center is of no help. The "Contact Etsy" button at the bottom the page just refreshes the "help" page over and over.

My situation does not match any of the FAQs listed. I want to request a refund on the difference I paid for an Express Mail label on Etsy and what the USPS is refund me (apparently just the price Etsy pays them for the label - a $4.25 difference). The package took 4 days to get there and I want to refund the buyer the amount I paid for the label.

How the heck can I get some help around here?? Can someone from Etsy contact me?

Etsy does not refund shipping labels. That is done by the USPS.

Actually Etsy is supposed to refund in the OP's case.

I had to get a refund once on an Express package that took 3 days to deliver and USPS would only refund me the amount Etsy paid for the label which was a LOT less than what I paid.

And I had to get a refund on a Priority mail label on a lost package that I filed an insurance claim on and USPS would only refund what Etsy paid USPS for the label.

USPS told me I had to get Etsy to refund the difference between what I paid for the label and what Etsy paid and Etsy did credit my account both times for the difference.
I think I had to send them a screen shot of the refund details from USPS, but not sure since it's been awhile.

ETA: more proof that Etsy pays USPS less than what sellers have to pay Etsy for the labels.

Etsy doesn't have an email to email them so that is why you're getting that message.

Etsy won't contact you or answer you on these forums.

You have no choice but to contact them from the help pages.
Shop manager > community/help > contact us > follow the prompts

Select Selling on Etsy > shipping > etsy's shipping labels > how to request refund > on that page at the bottom is has "I STILL NEED HELP" > click that and click on the "email us" to send an email, explain your issue.

You'll probably get an auto reply, be sure to reply back that you still NEED HELP or else Etsy will close it.

You can also try this link for a call back option. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

That isn't working! When I go through the steps as you described, the last thing it does is jump back to the original help page. There is no way to actually contact them. That is what I meant when I said the "contact etsy" button is broken. It goes no where!

That's weird, I was able to go through those choices and click the "Email us" box and the page came up for me to type in my question.

The page that came up, had a place for subject, description of problem, order # and a link to add a file.

Maybe try clearing your cookies/cache, use another browser.

2 of those links worked for me when I used Firefox, one did not. I am usually using Chrome. Thank you!!

However, when I click onto them, they aren't from the Seller's Handbook (for me they come from the "Help" Pg.).
(Same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).

This same thing happened to me when using chrome.  Thank you for asking for help.  I took it personal and just gave up.

I finally was able to use the "call back" link  vintageNCtreasures shared using Firefox and I got an "Oops" page but it must have gone through. They did call back right away and my issue was resolved. The email and chat link never did work for me.

since it became difficult to find the links for help, i’ve collected links where sellers mentioned they found help options.  i hope one of these will work for you:

if you do email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to that email above the line of asterisks that their automated best guess solutions did not work. all you have to say is something like “i still need help” send the reply, and it should stay active.
