I am a seller on Etsy and when I try to click the "trend" or the "reuse" article links from my seller dashboard, I get an "access denied" message.
I cannot access those articles from the main Community page, either.
Why is this happening? Any ideas? How are we supposed to grow as sellers if we are denied access to the info that would help us grow? lol

Hi all
I can still only access the announcements and technical issues forums.
I did see the previous thread about it, and tried loging out and in again as suggested. I've also tried clearing all cookies and site data. Still didn't work. So i emailed community [at] etsy.com as also suggested, that was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back and still have no access. I also have the etsy app on my phone and that is just the same.
Is there anything else i can try ?

Maybe try a different browser? Sometimes websites work better in Chrome

I'm going to reach out the email with screenshots. I am logged in and still can't view the links from my dashboard, a month later...

Did you click on the underlined here in the mod's post above? Be patient, access probably won't be instantaneous.
I also still have this problem. Have logged in out cleared cache etc but still no access
Count me in as well. I’ve clicked on the links the mods have posted, and re-logged in, several times over the last month and no luck. I’ve also emailed Etsy twice and never heard back. I’ve cleared cache and tried different browsers but no access.
Same here. I have only been able to access the Announcements and Technical Issues forums since March 26th when it changed and have regularly tried the solutions recommended by the mods on other threads as well as this one, but with no luck - clicking on the link, refreshing login and different browsers do not solve the problem. I have also emailed. Hope this problem is resolved soon !
I've been dealing with this issue for over a month. I've also done all the things we're supposed to do. I've emailed Etsy twice with no response. I even created my own post about it but can't even reply to that or many other posts. It's so difficult to even communicate that there's a problem. Every post has the same cookie cutter answers that don't work. I even listed the solutions that don't work and the response to my post was to try those very things that I already said didn't work. It's like they aren't even reading the posts anymore.
