I am beyond seething ! (Even worse than yesterday when I turned 72 !! LOL)
I have just started re-opening one of my long dormant shops PrintGallerySets ..
This morning I check it on my ipad and nowhere - ABSOLUTELY NO as in NO-NOWHERE is there a link to
"About this item - Item details" [sic]
ipad goes straight from main pic to Headline to
>>"Add to basket"<<
Highlights "Shop with confidence"
Shop ratings, Buyer reviews
Delivery
Instant Download
then to"Explore more" aka shovelling customer out of your shop altogether...
But nowhere, absolutely NOWHERE is there a link to "About this item"
Or if there is a link, please someone - anyone tell me where I can find it on my ipad...
It IS there on my PC - "About this item - item details"
It IS on my phone - "Delivery" then "Item details"
but NO SHOW on my ipad...it goes from "Delivery" straight to "Instant download" - NO "Item details"...
and my Item details are well um..... >DETAILED< - there's a lot of info and explanation peeps need to know about my downloads....
I know Brooklyn has fiddled with this in the past and there was absolute outrage... what is going on ?
Is this just a temporary glitch or.... a new, hideous reality?
I've now just checked my other shop MemoriesEmporium - same deal. No show on ipad.
I know I won't hear from Brooklyn - can anyone tell me if I am wrong -

@memoriesemporium: Which browser are you using on your iPad? Have you tried a different browser on your iPad to see if it is browser specific or operating system related?
Hi, So glad to have found your post. We lost all item descriptions/details as well. In addition, photos missing and some photos very tiny. Been going on 2 weeks. We also use an iPad and had etsy shop owner friends check our shop on their various devices. Some have no issues with missing content and some have partial things missing.We are beyond frustration and anger. Each day something changes on our site and we are hearing about it from the folks who try to look at our work.Been reported for weeks now...just the "company lines" given in response...no help whatsoever. Would like to know if you receive any response for what you are going through.We need all the help we can get. No info for the customers, no pictures, how can we sell anything?
aha thanks for the suggestion - I'm using Chrome - I'll try another but you would think that Brooklyn should be capable of handling Chrome..
Hi OffTheRezArts - Sounds like a different problem and way way more catastrophic than mine. Your shop is fine to me on ipad and pc down under in Oz but that's no help to you if you are seeing failures from your end.. Good luck !
Hi Bagmaker -I tried Safari and ..... perfect. Everything appears as it should... So it is Chrome that Etsy can't handle - and I'd stake my hard earned that the problem is not with Chrome - the problem is with Etsy. Thanks for suggesting a browser issue

OP, Chrome has not been working well with Etsy for weeks. Try Edge browser on your IPad. If needed, suggest in your listings that your buyers use a browser such as Edge.
