problem with verified business info any suggestion

trying to confirm my business information and said it was unable to verify however same information not sure what is not matching

just try8ing to update business infomration and said it is unable to update and verify business infomration however nothing has changed for many years what do you think the problem could be.

@BeautyLoveStore  :  You are still not telling us what information, i.e. Business Name, EIN or SSN, etc. There have been reports in this forum that issues like a missing middle initial can be problematic. Depending on how Etsy's bot is programmed possibly even capitalization matters. Keep in mind that the bot wants to see "A = A".
