Account suspended for "Max number of attempts to verify your bank account"

Hello Dear etsy support,

Etsy suspended my account because I tried the maximum number of checks for the bank. The original bank had a problem with not getting anything in the pound account, but I switched to another bank, checked the account everything is ok, but my shop is still suspended. Can you help me please? I don't understand what's going on
