problem with purchased labels not appearing

Currently got a problem with labels...purchased label....order is now in 'completed' but no label and no button to print a label. **UPDATE** Now can't purchase labels at all!

Hope this is sorted quickly as I will get backlogged otherwise and have to get shipping off Etsy

Exactly the same happening to me this morning. Having read a few other threads I'm assuming its a glitch with Etsy. So annoying when I have orders to mark as complete AHH

Royal Mail are experiencing problems again with the labels, its the same on Ebay ( Ebay tell you that there are issues). Lots of orders to send with the strike looming really feeling the stress.

I am having same issue. Bought it 3 times and still no label created. Must be a general issue. Sure it will be sorted soon fingers crossed.

Same here, not a great start to Monday morning with masses of orders to get in the post before the next Royal Mail strike! I will have to do them manually

Same here. Managed to print one but the rest just won't do it. Typical great timing with more strikes on the way.

seems to be fixed for me anyhow thank goodness, hope it is with everyone!
