Unable to List New Item

When I click on publish or save as draft I get an orange drop down with a sad face saying, "must be at least 1 characters."

What does that mean? I've gone back and checked and rechecked and everything is okay.

Etsy, this seems like a technical issue, could you please resolve.

It probably means you have an empty space at the beginning of your title (or somewhere else). Go to the first letter of the title and backspace. Etsy can't fix that issue for you. They also are not here to receive support requests, so if it's a different issue, you will have to contact them. Dashboard, Community & Help, Contact Us.
