problem with Etsy support team

Hi everyone,

I am kind of new to Etsy, my 1st 2 sale did not mark as "Sold Out" and still shows as " Avalible "after the customer recovered their order. I contacted the Etsy support few times and that started a month ago, every time I emailed them, they give me the same answer. and the answer is

" We have no timeframe when we can solve the issue"!

I am wondering if anyone have same problem and if anyone can help to tell me who can i contact that they can fix the problem.

Does it show you have the item for sale,but in reality its already sold and you have no more?

yes, exactly and i have to post a comment for people that this item has been sold and support cannot fix it.

that was one and the other item i sold they marked as "canceled."

I'm only guessing because that's the only listing from your sold items that shows it's still in stock.

Have you made sure the listing has zero available? Can you just deactivate it? 

If your issue is something else, then we will need more information to be able to help.

yes, that is one of the 2 item i sold, the other one the marked is as "Canceled." which doesn't show on my profile.

You can go into the product listing page and mark the quantity left to 0. If that does not remove the listing, then you can just Deactivate it. At the top of the front page there is a link at the top to deactivate. Or you can do it from the listing page, too. On the listing page thumbnail page, click the gear under it's name and it will open a popup where you can deactivate it.

i think is important that people see what i am selling, that is why i go back and forth with support cent to fix it,
