Getting online on Etsy to sell

Hi,

Please could anyone help with the following problem.

When I open up the Etsy App, all works ok to browse through Etsy. However,  when I switch to sell on Etsy  I get a message saying there is a problem & that I'm not online, despite the fact that my wifi is on.

Maybe try uninstalling and then reinstall. I’ve heard it is glitchy but don’t know if anyone else has had your exact problem.

Make sure you are using the white w/ orange lettering "Sell on Etsy" app ... the new blue Etsy app isn't perfected yet.

Okay, thanks for that. That's why theres two apps I guess.
