I have a problem confirming my tax identity.
I am of Moroccan nationality, but when I want to confirm my tax identity by my CIN number (national identity card number). It shows me a message that says (Enter a valid CIN number).
although my number is correct,
even after I consulted my tax authorities in my country, they confirmed that the number is correct
I ask for help
