price variations are not working

Of our last 5 sales today Etsy is charging customer the lowest price option. Our items come in many sizes for the customer to choose from. Each choice is a different price obliviously bigger sizes cost more. But etsy you are only charging them for the small size even though they choose the bigger size. This is a huge glitch!! Please fix asap!

I just noticed this as well. It was only on two of my listings. I had to input the variation prices again.

We cancelled the order and now the customer is upset with us for not honoring the price. We would lose money at that price
