please correct my etsy payments information

Dear Etsy Team,

specially my request to @catdelgado22x who is from Payments department,

i contacted etsy about 1 month ago the reference No is #16632554 and my concern was i contacted my etsy and it could no connect properly and then i contacted etsy support and they told me to contact payoneer to update my Business address and House information on payoneer and now payoneer updated my information on payoneer and connected my payoneer account with etsy and payoneer sent my the confirmation letter which is attached in this request please check this and now i want etsy to update my my Business address and house address on etsy as well so that my etsy ca be in active mode and please remove the vacation mode from my etsy account and reactivate my account and kindly check my new request #16928417

There are only other sellers in the forum. You will have to contact Etsy directly.

I think there are several issues with your shop, maybe it is not just the Payoneer issue preventing Etsy from opening your shop back up. Only Etsy can help you now.

This forum is not a way to contact Etsy, we are just other sellers and can’t help you with account issues.

Since you mention issues with Payoneer, you are clearly being dishonest about your shop location being “United States” and even including “USA” in your shop name. The two terrible reviews on your first two sales do not inspire confidence and will make it nearly impossible to get your shop going, even if Etsy reopens it.

@Former_Member: Part of the problem may well be that you state your location is "United States", so why would you need Payoneer? Etsy appears to be cracking down on many different issues and perhaps they see this as some sort of deceitful behavior.

"Dear Etsy Team" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
