Stats problem

Did anyone notice any issues with the statistics dashboard today? I've had almost zero statistics all day across my three stores. Only now are some views starting to appear, but I know I had some views/visits earlier (as known people told me about them). And there's one store that always gets visits, so I find this very strange. Has anyone else noticed the same problem?

I don’t think the stats have ever been reliable for my shop. I have never had any faith in them. I wake up every morning to 2 and 2. However today was 0 and 0. So I guess that is a change.

My visits are higher than normal for a Sunday but no sales which is the most important stat.

Mine were zero and zero all morning, till about 11:00. Then finally had a sale...Yay! Now they are more back to normal

I think there's something wrong with the stats. They aren't working properly. My template store always has good views, and since yesterday, there haven't been any. I don't understand what's going on. I had sales and favorites, but it shows 0 views. I've done tests as a visitor to my store, and they aren't being counted as views. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Didn't you just post about this? A different shop but it looks like you. You do have to disclose your other shops in your profiles.

Since yesterday, my stats seem to have some problems. It's not unusual to have 0 views, but this is unexpected after having good stats on Saturday and adding new listings. I already asked a friend to visit my shop and view some listings, but my views (which are supposedly updated immediately) remain at 0. Is anyone else having this problem?

This is very discouraging for someone who has started a new shop and relies on the stats to decide the next actions.

@MaddyUniqueDesign  I just noticed the same in my Stats today (Monday A.M.), except there is one Favorite.  I checked Etsystatus and it only shows UK Seller Missed Disbursement errors which they fixed and are monitoring. Then again, I never have high expectations on Mondays, it's a dismal sales day.

Mine seems to be working.  But there have been other reports from other sellers in the forums having similar issues with stats. So there does seem to be a problem.   Etsy stats are helpful but they seem to go down quite often.  They always return to normal.  Right there is a lot of errors happening on the site.  This likely means programers are making some changes which are unexpectedly  impacting other areas.

@NancyQstudio , Many thanks for your feedback. I tried to find more posts in the past about this but couldn't find it... Maybe I searched the wrong way. Expecting the stats to return to normal and stabilize.
