pictures don't load!

So now we are forced to use the new app and of course my pictures do not load!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Says "contact Etsy support".  I have been doing that for months.  

Anyone else having this issue??

Yes, I report this daily and have done so for weeks. But I have discovered I can upload photos with my Iphone by skipping the new app altogether and going to etsy.com and signing in and there I can upload photos, videos, and create listings without any issues.

When I try to go to Etsy.com it highjacks me to the app. Ugh!! I have to go to desktop to use my browser. I’m frustrated with this change.

I am having the same issue. This new app is not user friendly. I went from posting within seconds to now not posting since the new app had been forced. I post on my free time which is not that much. I don’t have time to figure out why my pictures don’t upload on this new app. I’m uploading no different than when using the old app. Now, there is a format issue. Ugh!

Having issues today and there’s no way on the app to contact Etsy. I get a pop up that says if the problem persists to contact support. What support? Their customer support is horrendous

@KarendasKloset   This is an old thread.  It would have been best to start your own.

Are you uploading photos on the app or using a PC?  I'm not sure about the app because I never use it for my shop to work in.

Are you using the new listing or the old format.

It is quite possible your photos are not the pixels required.  2000  is now the minimum I think .
