I have received the same phishing convo from 2 different accounts. The first one I was able to respond to and mark as spam. the one I got this morning had a red bar that said "the username I entered was invalid" and would not let me reply or mark as spam. What is going on? Will not replying cause me to loose my star seller status? Does anyone have the phone number to contact etsy? And why is there not a "label" for spam, phishing, contact etsy, bugs, etc?
I noticed yesterday the same but there is a second spam trash can on the left where you can put it. My guess is once the sender account is taken down, you can't mark as spam.
ps. I didn't bother to respond at all.
Etsy does not have a phone number, the phone numbers online claiming to belong to Etsy are also scams.
