Why is my monthly setting showing next deposit Feb 5 ? why is there no January deposit?

possibly, because the 1st monday of the month (for monthly deposits) also happens to be the 1st Jan - new years day.

that is insane, you are saying because it falls on New Year's day that I would need to wait 2 months to get paid?

@MoldCreationsNmore No,I'm saying that on monthly deposits, it can't deposit on the 1st monday of the month in Jan because it's also New years day - the banks are closed.

You can at any point select "request it now" and be sent it.

Etsy may also adjust the date to the Tuesday 2nd Jan, when it's closer to the monthly deposit date. 

But the dates are all automatic, and it simply knows it can't deposit on 1st Jan, so the next available automatic date currently, is the 1st monday of Feb.
