password reset link not received

I have 2 Etsy accounts, logged into them from a new PC which may have triggered a security flag.

On 1 account I received an email to state suspicious activity had been detected & I had to reset my password. Clicked the link, new password created, signed in all good.

My other account gives me a message on the sign in screen that reads "For your security we've sent an email to (my email) that includes a link to reset your password."

Unfortunately they wont send the link!

I'm doing this from the main sign in screen, so not replying to a scam message. I have checked my junk folder, Ive checked my emails are working by messaging my seller account from my other account, the email arrives straight away.

Have tried requesting the password link at different times for 24 hours.

Have raised a support ticket, had a generic response telling me to change my password but that took 4 hours & clearly doesnt resolve my issue as I cant log in.

I just need someone from Etsy to send the link to reset my password

Any help greatly appreciated

I can see pending orders & messages from buyers but i cant respond to them or ship them.

Hmmm, I never got that email when I started with a new computer.  I just got the email about it but no request for a new password.  Maybe things have changed.

Your password request would go to the 2nd email you have for the other shop.

You cannot log into both shops on the same browser if one of the two is already open.  Did you log out of the first to do the 2nd?

If using the app, I would switch to computer and try again.

Be careful as there are lots of scam emails about. 

If you are not doing so already, I would use a separate browser for each shop as cookies can mess things up trying to run 2 shops from one.
