It's not Etsy I think but the way your listings are written. One is for 1 for up to 19 and then you have almost an identical listing for 100 favors with a drop down to purchase addional groups in 100. This might be confusing to the buyers, The photos are so similar that the buyer may not accurately read the titles and the accompanying information.
