original etsy app issues - can't filter listings

Aloha,

I am still using the original etsy app (I don't like how the new app shows listings in alphabetical order) to renew expired listings,work on drafts etc.It has been buggy the last several days though.If I try and filter and click on any of the options (all,draft,active etc) it won't alow me to click the circle. My phone is up to date,app etc 

anyone else having this issue?

I’ve been having the same issue for several weeks now. The app is fully updated, but it still persists.

 I don’t like the new seller app, as it doesn’t function in a way that is useful for the majority of what I do on there daily. But since this bug has made it impossible to filter listings, I have been having to use a desktop to renew listings or view which ones have sold out or expired. It’s frustrating, since that is a function I used daily, and I am sometimes away from being able to access a computer for a few days at a time and I rely on the app.  
Did Etsy remove this ability in order to get us to move over to the new app? Even though the new app doesn’t work as efficiently? Having a spouse that works in this type of tech space, I can understand that the new app isn’t complete yet, but please don’t take away essential features from an old app if you don’t have those exact features on the new app. The way the new app is set up is confusing and more clunky.

I haven’t downloaded the new app yet…I was hoping that they’d work out the bugs first. Unlikely that they will in time. *sigh* But I’m also having trouble on the old app. Usually when I get a favorite I’ll click on the user’s name to see how many followers they have and what else tickled their fancy. Only now, that feature is dead. I click and click and click and….nothin’.  It’s dead. I can’t even get back to the dashboard. I’m assuming that bugs like this won’t be fixed on the old app since the new app is now on line and the old is being phased out.

Hi mine doing the same- when you click the circle it doesn’t select, but click the orange box below that says show  listings and that will bring up the listings you want hopefully-it works for me (you still need to select the circle next to what you want even though it looks like nothing happens- hope this makes sense)
