orders printing incomplete with question marks

are anyone elses orders printing incorrectly? all the title lines on my orders are ?????? instead of text.

I've had that happen a few times on the packing slips. Could be the language the buyer is using.

Just had this happen today. So how do you do a work around as it is usless as printed.

I had this happen when shipping to Greece.  I think it had to do with the buyer's language setting as mentioned above.  I tried installing the Greece language pack in Windows and it still didn't fix the problem.  Not sure if I chose the wrong language or what. 

I happen to have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and can edit PDFs, so I ended up taking a good packing slip and copy/pasting the text to basically recreate a correct packing slip for this buyer.  Was a total one-off thing and not something I would do regularly, because it took way too much time and effort.

Happened to me a while ago and I contacted Etsy. As others have said, it's a language issue. When the system doesn't recognize certain characters, it prints question marks instead.

I think it was just a glitch at the time as everything was English. Hasn't happened since
