I have an item in shop customer cannot not order-anyone else had this issue?
This could be the start of a scam. I put your item in my cart and saw no problem going forward.
What is the problem the potential buyer is encountering? Is he/she trying to get you to take the sale off Etsy?
After seeing the item you're selling, the buyer may be trying to take advantage of a new seller who's not aware of IP laws.
@Timlessccw: It is hard to be sure, but it does sound like the start of a scam attempt. Since you have failed the include the details of YOUR licensing agreement (or the attributions that the agreement probably requires) for the copyrighted and trademarked materials you are using, a scammer may think you are selling counterfeits and therefore an easy mark. You should update the listing with your licensing information before a NFL or Etsy bot finds it.
An incomplete shop like yours (no about, location, etc) also makes you a target and probably hurts you a lot in organic Etsy search.
As said above, unless you have a license from the NFL (which they will not do), you are selling a trademarked item, and could get your shop shut down before you even start. Please read the Seller Handbook and the rules on what you can sell.
Along with what every one else has said, what exactly does "cannot order" mean? Are they getting an error? Are there items in their cart from other shops?
