opening a case for delayed shipping

Hi,

I ordered some supplies from overseas on Feb. 28th and it was supposed to have been shipped by March 4th but was still not shipped by March 28th. When contacted, they said it was already dispatched so I waited a little longer. Then it was marked to have been shipped with no tracking on April 6th and the delivery window is said to be April 23rd - May 15. The time limit to open a case on Etsy is 3 months so it would be cutting it a little close if I waited until the delivery window ends. Since I had to pay with Paypal, I just opened a case through them and not Etsy. Also, when I went to the shop, they were not currently selling here anymore. Will I have to wait until May 15th before I can resolve this?

Did you try opening a case with Etsy? Since the shop you bought from is closed, you might be able to do that.

Since you paid with Paypal, that is where you open the case. Etsy would refer you to them anyway.
