My customer and I mutually agreed to cancel her order 3 days ago. My alerts now say it's overdue and still shows up as active order (even tho it's noted as Cancelled). How do i get rid of this now non-existent order? TIA
Did you cancel the order or just issue a full refund? If you just refunded then you need to actually cancel the order too. Refunding does not cancel the order. Help center has info and instructions. In future if you cancel first it will do both refund and cancel at the same time.
I have this problem too, a message on my dashboard tells me I have 12 overdue orders. All have been cancelled and or refunded, but still show on orders list. Can't see how I delete/archive these - some date back several years!
