Hi guys,
I have some problems with the Etsy dispatch and tracking system, can anyone help please? I have sold some cards in the past, as I sent it off by stamp, there isn't any tracking. Interestingly, I order I sent was on time within 24 hours was marked on the system as I have not sent on time. However, I have even sent the email to customer with information when I marked shipped, so I knew I had done that when I checked the record.
I am quite disappointed with the system, as that really has just brought my overall shipping mark down when I was doing the right thing. I am working on my first Etsy star seller badge, everything else were good, but just this silly dispatch that was marked down. Anyone know how I can get it appealed?

We've double-checked the orders affecting your On-Time Shipping & Tracking for the previous review period, and it appears that they were orders £10 above, but don't have a tracking number added to them. Please note that as a seller from the UK, aside from shipping an order on or before its ship-date, you also need to add a valid tracking number for orders that have a total value of £10 and above, for them to count positively towards your Star Seller. the op is in the UK, for star seller tracking is only required on orders over £10, and most of theirs are under

now I know what I need to do. Do you guys know if there is any chance to contact Etsy as the system miss marked my order that was shipped ontime?
@Inspirationkits: Have you checked the applicable CSV file (available from your Star Seller page) to make sure that the order was marked as shipped late rather than shipped without tracking? And that there is not some other order Etsy thinks that there is an issue with?
