not indexed shop

My store is new and having index problem. It doesn't show up in any search. I sent an e-mail to the Etsy team 1 day ago. After how many days did the stores of the people who have this problem get better?

They may never index your shop, as everything listed is against the TOU's. By sending them a help request you likely started an investigation into your shop.

Etsy probably has your shop de-indexed because every single item features IP that you probably have no rights to use.  Famous people, teams, etc. need to give you specific permission to use their names and images, often at a high price.

Remove all your current items, and create your own original art.
