not all messages shows in report after more then 48 hours

I have an issue that not all messages shows up in the report! 

I have 94% and just 1% to archive target of star seller.

I am more then sure that Etsy do it on purpose!  

total i have 4 messages- new trad, new customers, no spam and more then 48 hours passed no updates in report.

Moreover some of messages which came later - shows, but thus which came earlier - no!

@RebelTattoos: The CSV file only includes the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD for which the 24 hour reply window closed during the applicable three month period. There is also the delay that the report is not live but appears to updated once (?) a day. Remember that the CSV file and Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone.

Etsy hold messages on purpose ! and i have all the proves. Plus i even have the prove when one of the worker was trying to bargain with me and trying to offer me smth instead of solving the issue! i was following this case since 24/01! and there is nothing about 1st messages, spam, time zone!  IT IS HORRIBLE SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM ETSY SIDE

We've double-checked the messages you've received for the previous review period, and we can confirm that all of the eligible messages are included. Please remember that only the message initiated by another Etsy account(not by you) are included on the Message Response rate. 

Additionally, messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period. Whatever you reply is lie! I have all prove the report was not showing messages when it needs to be! When was day of Star Seller approval... you hold it on purpose! and then messages which were received 27/01 - 4 days before the end of the month - you have added 06/02))  YOU ARE LIERS!
