Star seller error

My shipping rating is miscalculated and says I didn't provide tracking on an order from Jan 6 but the tracking number is there in the order via USPS.

@DenimnHeels: Was it a valid tracking number? Has the package been scanned? Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.

Upon reviewing the 22 digit # I see I mistyped 1 digit. The package arrived though.

@DenimnHeels: Unfortunately an invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking since the package cannot be tracked using the number you provided.

We've double-checked the order affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that the tracking number can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. Please know that for the order to count positively towards your Star Seller, you need to ship the order on or before the ship date and add a valid tracking number. In the event that you've entered an incorrect tracking number, you have 72 hours(from the time you've added it) to edit and correct them. You can check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.
