@WishiWashiLoft I'm getting De Ja Vu of this happening before. And if it's the same as you are referring to; I went into my Seller Dashboard. Under Recent Activity, there are some Reviews where the yellow stars are whited out (in my Shop, they are fine; this is only under Recent Activity).
Whenever I see this, the Avatar of my item (which appears to the Left), is gone; no pic, there are letters in place of.
When someone posted about this before and I checked in Listings, I believe these are the items which were Deactivate (by me; for example, to take to a Show). And I believe these items show under Inactive for that reason.

ETA: Just checked again in my Listings. Looked at one where the Stars are white and item photo is missing (in Recent Activity, Shop Dashboard); and this is an item which is Inactive (I Deactivated it for a show).
