Is anyone else struggling to get contact from support, I've had a request upon in regards to the ownership of our store due to a partner leaving the company for over 25 days and have not had any contact.

You cannot change the owner of the shop account
shops are non-transferrable
you need to open a new shop, with the new account owner

.... shops accounts are set up by 1 person, that person is verified
there could be business info too, but the original shop account owner, and their tax ID, cannot be changed
- they should have shut the account before they left, unless they want to keep on selling their own stuff from that account, it is their own account, not the businesses account
