no quantity showing

Did anyone had the same issues?

Many of my listing show only 1 item available (quantity's window/field missing) but many items in stock. This issue is going on since last week.

@GhanaTreasures  For whatever reason, Etsy requires shoppers to add an item to cart, in order to see or choose a quantity greater than 1 - for items priced over $20 USD.  It's been this way for a couple of years.

My item is $13, so that $20 part is not the issue for me....

I just had this happen when a customer said they couldn't see more than a quantity of 1 but I have 30 available. I found that when I opened the listing from the orange seller app by clicking on the link in the message from the customer, I couldn't see quantity either. If I went to the orange Etsy buyer app, I COULD see it and it is also visible in a browser at Etsy.com. I just told the customer to go to Etsy.com rather than use an app. Hope that works!
