You are new shop with 0 sales.

If you got a message saying a buyer couldn't pay/order it was a SCAM and they would want you to click on a link to take you off Etsy.
Plus those crooks would want to know how much money you have in your bank then talk you into putting in bank details on a fake Etsy site so they could steal your money.

If you get a legit order it will show up on your order page (you don't have to confirm/verify anything with the buyer) and the money will be in your payment account.
If nothing is there, there's NO order.

Scammers are using stolen credit cards so an order may show up until Etsy's processing sees that it was fraudulent and cancels the order.

If it's not a scam message saying you had a sale but you really didn't, the no sale problem could be because your items can be found on other sites.  The globe lamp is even being sold on Home Depot for a lot less money.

While you didn't mention where you got inspiration to handmake the Hylian shield, it's recognizable as a Legend of Zelda prop.  The same shield with the same background in the photo can be found on other sites, including other Etsy shops.

You're both reselling and infringing.

What you are selling is NOT allowed on etsy. You have to make items yourself, or they must be vintage.

One of your lamps is sold on many, MANY wholesale sites for 80% less.
