Morning! Anyone else experienced this today : just listed a number of new items. All listings were upload from draft to my shop. Listed 4 at a time. Suddenly, 4 of the listings are not active. They were in my shop, but then suddenly disappeared. Not showing on my laptop or the App. To be clear, they are showing as active listings, but cannot actually see them in my shop. Anyone else had this experience this morning?
@clotheslinesvintage - Going to your shop & sorting by most recent listings I see 8 listings dated today - Black trench coat, black leather dress, black leather coat, black leather pants, cinch belt, chain belt, leather braided belt, black slip dress.
Your shop shows a total of 163 listings - when adding up your sections the total is 163.
It can take some time for new listings to appear in a shop.
@clotheslinesvintage they are on the shop main page. FWIW, there is often a lag in listings showing up in my shop's categories when I list new items. If you sort your items by "most recent" you should see them.
I even tried to deactivate and then re-activate.....no luck. Still not seeing these 4 listings.
What are items I will check for you
I see three belts and a slip dress
Thank you, yes that are the last 4 items that actually loaded and are visible. Missing the following all in black: trench coat, leather dress, leather coat, leather dress. Currently chatting with Etsy Support. Hope it all gets sorted swiftly! Thanks for your reply

Thank you! Yes, it seems they appear in the individual categories, just not the shop main page in All Items??? Weird. Issue has been escalated to Etsy Tech for investigation. Never had this issue before - who knows!?
@clotheslinesvintage - The newly listed items I mentioned are on your shop's main page.
I see a "vintage black leather dress / size medium, and two pairs of black leather pants.
Do you see them on the shop main page (All Items) or just in individual categories, Outerwear, Pants etc?

Yes I see them on page 5.
Thank you! They suddenly showed up on page 5 (last page of my shop)????? Bizarre! Thank you for letting me know!
Thanks everyone for you replies. Contact Etsy Support. They have escalated the issue. Strange one. At least the listings are visible to buyers, even if they don't show up on my shop main page.
@Vintorious good to know! I have never had an issue with them taking so long to appear. Sigh. Etsy is the most arduous of all platforms to upload listings and listing photos. So slow.
Most of the time when I post even just one item, this happens to me. For just one new listing it take an average of about 10-15 minutes to finally show up on the public page of my shop.
That's crazy! I have been here for many years and never experienced such a lag.
It would seem that my Custom view (ALL ITEMS) of the shop does not include the 4 listings in question , but when you click on Newest items they populate. Glad buyers can see them if they click through to my shop. I will post them all to Instagram with direct links today and wait for Etsy to fix the issue.
This is happening to me too. I just listed something and it’s not showing up. Maybe a glitch?
Came back to see if anyone else was having the same issue. I spoke this morning to Support via live chat and they were escalating the issue and someone was to contact me. No one has yet, so sent an additional email. I hope it is resolved soon. Maybe reach out and communicate the issue, as well?
I have the same problem, it's kind of annoying. Takes 10 minutes or so before I actually see it in the shop
