When i make a listing, i cannot choose category, meaning i cant save! someone please help !

i try to make a listing, i type in the word "slime" for categories for my listing. but it says it doesn't exist? wth i tried toys even and nothings working. this is my 3 time doing this. someone help please

IM NEW so not sure what going but when im trying to list new item it lets me do everything but category why error. having the same problems

I started my very first listing on this Webside and I am already  very frustrated because the system does not allow me  to add a Category.

Is there any support and help? I am not used to such a stupidity. I have 3 stores with Ebay and never had such an issue .

Looks like Etsy does not have there stuff together ??????
