Re: need advice

The first thing I would suggest is to work on your titles. You often don't say just what the item for sale is, in your titles! Your "Beautiful glass painting of nature's beauty" never says in the title or description that your painting is on a vase. "Hand painted glass vase with deer and trees" might find more clicks. Your "Blooms and butterflies glass painting" doesn't say that the item is a hand-painted *bowl*.

And please, give dimensions of each item. Every question you can answer for your customer, will help lead to sales. More pics could help too. Perhaps putting them in a pic that shows scale - on a table for example - with the camera far enough back that the viewer can get an idea of the size.  You might also discuss, because your glass items can be fragile, how you will ship them so they are protected.

You have lovely work - just need to learn more marketing stuff!

Re: need advice

Where you have six or eight of the same design available, can you guarantee that they will all look exactly the same as the one in the picture? I would be very disappointed to receive one which looked different.

Re: need advice

Where did you get the PNGs that you are selling?

Did YOU design them yourself for them to qualify to be handmade?

Why don't your physical items look like those PNG designs?

Re: need advice

I'm a little confused.  For instance your description of the red rose design says it is one of a kind - BUT, there are five available?  Are these mass produced in your shop?

Re: need advice

@Dinamade1: You should finish your shop - location, about section, etc. Also this is a technical issues forum, you will be probably get more help in one of the more appropriate forums such as https://community.etsy.com/t5/Shop-Critiques/bd-p/shop-critiques?ref=gnav

Re: need advice

Your shop is not complete and this makes you look untrustworthy.  You need to finish filling out all the sections of your shop such as where you are located, about you, return policy, etc.

Is English your 2nd language?  I ask this because some of your titles don’t make sense.  For example, you are selling a bird vase and your title says “Delicate Bird Drawing on Glass Tile.”  First, this is not a drawing, it is a painting.  Second this is not a tile, it is a vase.  A tile is a flat object used for countertops m floors, bathroom walls, coasters, trivets, etc.  A vase is a vessel that you put flowers in.  A drawing is art that is done with dry media (pencils, charcoal, etc); a painting is done with paint (wet media).

I suggest that you write everything in your native language and let the Etsy translation software translate it for customers.  It will do much better.

As is, if I searched for “glass bird vase,” your item would not show up in my search.

Your titles are not comprehensive.  For every item in your shop, ask yourself what keywords a customer who would buy your item might type into Etsy’s search bar.  What would a woman looking for a gift for her mother type in? Or a husband looking for a gift for his wife?  What would someone who loves birds type in?  Or someone looking for a gift for a birder/bird watcher?  ALL of those words should be included in your title (and the less likely words should be in the tags for that item.  (Not very many people will use the word “delicate” when searching for a vase, so that is a waste.)

As an example, instead of “Delicate Bird Drawing on Glass Tile,” I would write “Hand Painted Glass Bird Vase red breasted brown bird in tree fall colors original art gift for birder bird watcher lover…”
