My reply for a help request somehow showed up in a different feed now it looks as if I didn’t reply for 4 days and I have a 90% reply rate. Test says this message issue was fixed back in June but it obviously didn’t help. It will take forever to recove from this and it’s not my fault.
If your reply showed up in a different feed, I think you can send the other one (which did not show the reply) to spam. That should update on your stats in a day or so
Help requests are always separate, because they are the ones that start the 48 hour clicking for the customer to request a refund.
If you don't reply to them, and they open a case, etsy will automatically refund, from you, no matter what,
Reply to it.
and note, etsy says you have to reply to EACH new message thread, and you have to
and absolutely never, ever, send a help request to spam
