Hi Guys, so I was trying to get all my finances sorted as just became GST registered, but had it in my maiden name and etsy account in married name. so thought I could change on etsy, but after talking with a support person they said its better to change to match etsy account as bank accounts are in the same name.
So tried to cancel the name change request but can't and have been waiting for a response or to get reverified for 4 days now and can't access my funds.
Any ideas on how long it takes to hear from someone or any suggestions of what I can do? this is my main source of income and stressing.
I know they have millions of accounts to work through but just after a rough timeline.
