I have Printify doing drop shipment through Etsy, Problems with shipping

For the last couple of months I have been having lots of problems affecting my sales, because the orders that are under my Etsy Store, do not show in my Printify store, and I have had over 6 orders that Etsy says that they have been delivered, and they have not been, for when I receive comunications messsages from the clients that they either had not received half of the merchandise they ordered! I have had to do manual orders with Printify and pay them myself, since the clients had paid for the merchandise but never received it? I need a reimbursement of my payments and need to know why Etsy shows these orders as delivered and they have not!!! I have been in continuous contact with Printify and they cannot solve this problem, for it Etsy does not pass the orders to them, they cannot do anything!!

@PawsAndStyleStudio: "I need a reimbursement of my payments ..." It sounds like you have misunderstood how this works. Don't you have a credit card on file with Printify? Even when everything works perfectly, you pay Printify and Etsy pays you.

"Etsy does not pass the orders to them ..." A separate issue from the payments question and sounds like an integration set up problem.

Who is supplying the tracking numbers to Etsy?  It should be Printify.  There was an issue around the holidays when some delivery companies were using recycled tracking numbers.  Maybe that's why your items are showing delivered but the customer is saying they weren't.  All of that should be handled with Printify, not Etsy. And yes...if Printify isn't getting your orders from Etsy then that's an integration issue.
