my store is not showing in my account

Since Nov. 4th my store is not showing up in my account or anywhere on Etsy. I haven't had any communication with Etsy about being suspended, etc. I have emailed Etsy several times but haven't received a response. I don't know what to do. Hoping Etsy sees this conversation and will contact me. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

If you Google the shop, it links to the page but says you’re currently not selling on Etsy, looks like they closed you down

You have no store. It has been completely nuked.

It doesn't show up in the search engine when I put "SpiralDanceGlassCo" and search for "shop names containing".

There is no store associated with the account you are posting from, either. It just says "Reader" - a person with no shop that technically shouldn't be allowed to post in the Forum?

You'll have to contact Etsy support and ask for help from them, as we are only other sellers and can' help you.

... which says you currently aren't selling on Etsy.

If your tagline is correct and you were only selling glass making supplies, I don't see why Etsy would have shut you down, unless you didn't pay your bill.

Thank you for looking into it. I didn't close my shop. It was working fine one day and the next it was gone. Bill was paid on the 1st of the month by automatic debit. I've been trying to contact Etsy since Nov. 4th when this happened. Still no reply

I clicked on your link "how to file an appeal" and then clicked on "pay balance". It showed I had no balance due but had a link to "reopen my store". Clicked it and it reopened. Strangest thing ever but my store is open and I really appreciate your help with this! Susan
