My Star Seller account states that on time tracking missed for one order which is clearly incorrect. Please correct asap. Thanks.
@JIMSGOODSTUFF: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
This issue has been addressed in many threads on this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats will auto update.
Etsy doesn't usually make corrections when it comes to SS, but there is sometimes a lag between Etsy and the shipping service that means the delivery details are behind. I have two deliveries in this position at the moment, I expect Etsy to catch up with the tracking in a day or two. The tracking shows in transit, the shipping and tracking csv shows those two as being shipped on time with tracking, but they are not reflected in the number of sales and $ value metrics on the SS page. Patience is a virtue, if they don't catch up within a day or two I may contact Etsy to point out the issue. Not that I care about SS, but this will be only the second time all the pins have fallen into place for me to get the badge, and if I have earned it I don't see why I shouldn't have it.
