My campaign barely manages to spend money, it limited me to one dollar a day. What am I doing wrong? Would appreciate help

You should ask for a shop critique because your shop isn't optimised to get the most out of paid ads. Post in the shop critiques forum for some advice.

@TomasioArt: FIRST your listing must meet the search requirements to rank high enough to be considered for an ad slot. Then, and only then, Etsy will "auction" off the available ad slots to those qualifying listings that they think will generate the most revenue for them.

Your titles are very long and spammy so your items won't be ranking very high in search.  Try to think of what a buyer might type into the search bar and use your title to target your audience.
