my account was suspended without a reason

so i opened a second shop yesterday called "ToonskiPrints" and today it says i've been suspended but haven't received and reason why. no email about it. I had a message from someone claiming to be tech support saying

"i need to write my email in chat to verify my account."

however I simply put this down as spam

can anyone help me?

That is a scam. Your shop is not suspended, but it could be by Etsy. It is full of infringements. We cannot use personality names without permission from them or their estates.

Your shop is open, but do heed the warning above about what you can and can't sell. If Etsy closes one shop they will almost always close all of them.

I think the point here is that this shop is also at risk of being suspended at any moment and you're not likely to find any help here.

@ToonskiTraders   That other shop is indeed closed by Etsy.  However, Etsy already has your email, and would not be contacting you to ask for it.  Check on a desktop to see if the message was in the "From Etsy" section of your messages - if not, then spam it.

Your second shop is closed.  You will need to contact Etsy about it.  Sometimes it is an error.  Sometimes the bots pick up on something/

As to this shop . if you have licensing for the iconic use of names it would be a good idea to include that information.

You have no about section and that is where you are supposed to disclose any other shops you run.  Before opening another shop, put it in your about section and then open it or at least a coming soon announcement.  I did that for my two new shops and never had a problem with disclosure.
