my account got suspended

my account got suspended and i have Temporary hold on funds. when will i receive these funds

Etsy puts a hold on funds when they believe a shop is a risk to them. They'll probably hold your funds until all your outstanding orders are shipped, delivered and the window for opening a case and potentially refunding the buyer(s) is complete. If I remember correctly, that is 180 days.

Rather than simply wait 180 days, I suggest trying to determine why your account was suspended and addressing that. Could be anything from an out of date credit card or needing to verify a bank account to infringement or breaking an Etsy rule ... like reselling.

@TinderShopUS: Based on a cached version of your shop, it appears that you may have been selling items which violate Etsy's terms of service. Have you read https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015672628-How-to-Reinstate-Your-Suspended-Account particularly the link about 'You may find that funds in your Etsy Payment account are being reserved' ?

Etsy can hold funds for up to 180 days if they need to refund for any purchase made by buyers from your shop.

I would be more worried about Tinder finding out you are using their name and logo to sell unauthorised subscriptions.  Etsy may have just done you a big favour.  Chalk one up to Etsy on this one, thumbs up!

I don't know anything about Tinder, apps, or gold coupon codes, but I do know Etsy only allows 3 categories of products to be sold here (regardless of digital vs physical):

Handmade

Supplies

Vintage

If you don't fall into one of those 3 categories, they can close your shop.

Your shop is not suspended: it's closed. You can appeal the decision to Etsy. There's nothing that we sellers can do to help you at this point.
