mobile app not showing shipping options

when buyers are shopping with the mobile app shipping is defaulting to first class mail and not offering priority or express. 

both shipping and listing is set up correctly for calculated rates offering 1st class ( which has been called ground advantage for over a year now but still says 1st class in etsy shipping set up)   priority. and express. 

I tested mobile app and computer. all options are available on desktop. although they’re in a hardly noticeable down arrow but they are there. 

so now a week before christmas and customers are only seeing prices and estimated delivery dates for the slowest mail service there is. ( which will not land their item for gift giving)

support chat couldn’t help. 

isn’t there a way to get issues like this in front of the development team? and actually fixed. 

with all the great marketing etsy does it’s sad that customers are coming but then leaving

This is an issue for me too. People are buying and then messaging me after asking for quicker shipping. Such a hassle.
