Hello,
5 days ago the messaging function was blocked in my shop. Since then I have no longer been able to respond to requests for help or
messages.
Before the blocking, I only processed normal customer inquiries. No spam, no contact with former customers.
Support doesn't respond, unfortunately chat doesn't either.
What can I do?
This happened once 6 months ago, after the ban was lifted, Etsy only sent me an email apologizing for the circumstances and that I
had not made a mistake.
