@DaniellesLeather: Are you using an app or a browser? "not working" how? "unable to respond" in what way? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it.
It was that you clicked on the message and I could read what the customer said but the red dot didn't go away. I could type in the reply box but it wouldn't send the message. I tried on 3 devices! 2 mobile and my business computer.
